Bespoke Jewellery
Every piece I design and make is a heartfelt exploration of organic textures, beauty, and ethical integrity. I work closely with you to bring your unique vision to life, using 100% recycled, post-consumer solid 925 silver and 9ct, 14ct, and 18ct gold. Each design is paired with ethically sourced, conflict-free gemstones.
Your Consultation
Your journey begins with a 45-minute consultation with me. We can meet in person at my studio in Nipaluna (Hobart) or connect virtually from anywhere in the world. This is a collaborative space for us to explore your ideas, inspirations, metal choices, and the story you want your piece to tell.
- Booking Deposit: A $100 AUD deposit is required to secure your consultation. This will be fully credited toward the final cost of your piece and is non-refundable.
- Timeline: Bespoke designs typically take between 12 to 14 weeks, depending on my current studio workload.
- Pricing: Bespoke pieces start at a minimum of $3,500 AUD. If this is outside your budget, please reach out. We can explore customising a piece from my existing collection to perfectly align with your vision.
Providing Your Quote
Following our conversation, I will send you a detailed quote reflecting your chosen metals, design complexity, and my making fee.
- Gemstone Pricing: To ensure I find the most beautiful stones for your budget, gemstone costs are handled separately and are not included in the initial quote.
- Heirlooms: I love repurposing your personal gemstones or sentimental heirloom pieces, giving them a new life and meaning.
- To Begin: Once you review and confirm the initial quote, a 50% deposit reserves your place in my studio schedule and allows me to begin ordering your metals.
Please note that due to global market fluctuations, gold pricing is subject to change until your deposit is paid.
Gemstone Sourcing & Design
The magic begins as I work closely with trusted ethical suppliers and local fossickers in the north-east of Lutruwita, Tasmania. I source exceptional stones that align with your aesthetic and budget. Once we find the perfect match, you will be invoiced for your chosen gemstones separately before we move into creation.
Making Your Piece
I bring your design to life using the ancient Lost Wax Casting Method, capturing beautiful, organic textures and precise details.
- Your Approval: When the wax model is complete, I will send you images for your approval.
- Next Step: Once approved, the final 50% balance of the quote is due before your piece is cast into your precious metal.
Final Touches
Once your piece is cast, your gemstones are meticulously hand set. A final polish is applied to give it a lasting lustre and glow, making it uniquely yours. Your one-of-a-kind heirloom is now ready to be cherished for a lifetime.
