Shipping policy

We will endeavour to process your order as soon as possible, many of our pieces are made to order, so please consider purchasing up to six weeks before you need your piece. Or contact us if you'd like to know if an item is in stock, and if it can be shipped out to you sooner.

Please note that the delivery timeframes are estimates and do not take into account processing time.

Processing timeframes/Pre-order

Many of our products are made to order therefore our estimate processing timeframes are 3-6 weeks not inclusive of shipping timeframes. 

AUS/NZ
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping within Australia and New Zealand. Delivery timeframe is 7-14 working days.

Express Shipping
We offer a flat rate of $15AUD for express shipping within Australia and New Zealand. If you require your order ASAP, please reach out to us before placing your order and we will endeavour to have it arrive in time.

Rest of the world 
We are pleased to offer a flat rate of $50AUD for Standard Shipping and $60AUD for express shipping to the rest of the world, with a delivery timeframe of 6-14 working days. When you make a purchase outside of Australia you are liable for all import duties and taxes on your order.

Process, Tracking & Delivery
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirmation including a tracking number. Please ensure that when you fill out your order you put a secure, physical address where there will be someone present to sign for your item on weekdays between 9am and 5pm. Please note that delivery timeframes are an estimate and do not take into account processing times and transit delays.

Please ensure the address entered in your order is correct. We cannot accept responsibility for missing parcels due to an address being entered incorrectly. Let us know if your parcel does not arrive within the expected delivery time frame and we will endeavour to help locate your parcel.
